RSVP deadline is 5:00 pm the Monday prior to the meeting:
Member: $20/Non-Member $30
Registration-at-the-Door: Member $25/Non-Member $35
Fall Forum and Spring Symposium
Early Bird Registration by 5pm Thursday prior to the event:
$60 Member/Non-Member $85

Registration (not Early Bird):
$75 Member/Non-Member $100
(Note: If you RSVP for a meeting and do not attend, you will receive a bill for the meeting.)
